For all guests who are not French nationals: fill it in here, print it or save it as a PDF, and sign it on arrival.

Who needs the form

France requires everyone who lets holiday accommodation to have each guest who is not a French national fill in and sign a registration form, the “fiche individuelle de police”. This applies to citizens of other EU countries too.

  • Every person aged 15 or over has a form of their own.
  • Children under 15 are entered on the form of an adult they are travelling with.
  • Please email the completed forms back to us before you arrive, ideally as a PDF. The forms are signed on arrival at the house.
  • We keep the forms for six months and then destroy them. They are handed over only if the French police or gendarmerie ask for them. Nothing is sent to the authorities by us.
  • This page stores and transmits nothing. Your entries stay in this browser window until you close it: fill in, print or save as a PDF, sign.
